How do I track my order?
After your order is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the customer via the email provided at the time the order is placed online. 

 

What are your delivery options?

We deliver via USPS. You have the option of:

  • Priority Mail (shipping in 1-3 business days)

  • Overnight Mail with notice

 

How do I return an item?

All sales are FINAL. Returns are only for damaged apparel. To return an item in it's original condition, please package the items and send them to PO Box 89 Islandton, SC 29929. Please clearly mark your order number on the outside of packaging and the word "RETURN". You are responsible for all return shipping cost.
Will you restock the sold out items?
We usually don't restock sold out items. We try our best to keep new fashion so you can stay sexy and up to date with the latest trends.
 
Do you personalize items?
Personalization is available upon request. There will be additional cost associated with personalization. It will take longer for items to be processed.

What is your return policy?
Sognare Ragazze offers a 15-day return/exchange policy, from the date listed on the receipt for STORE CREDIT only,
  • We ONLY accept returns for items that are damaged upon receipt Note: All items are inspected prior to shipment.
  • All items are expected to be returned in its original condition.

  • We have the right to refuse any items that appear to be worn or in used condition. Thes items will be returned to sender.

  • We reserve all rights to request pictures, if applicalbe, for verification of any defective items or incorrectly shipped items.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping cost.
